Undertake the department's annual sales breakdown targets and ensure their achievement.
Maintain relationships with both new and existing customers through online/offline platforms to enhance product repurchase rates.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above with CET-6 or higher level of English proficiency. Candidates with excellent performance may be considered with a college diploma.
Minimum of two years of practical experience in international trade export business, familiar with export business processes, and experience in participating in overseas exhibitions.
Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing communication skills (fluent in oral English) and strong negotiation skills.
Passion for foreign trade, strong resilience under pressure, proactive, and possess teamwork spirit.
Comprehensively coordinate the related work of procurement, product & market, customer service, and logistics departments, formulate the company's supply chain management strategies and risk prevention plans, standardize supply chain management processes, enhance and improve supply chain performance, achieve timely delivery targets, and continuously optimize costs;
Establish and improve the supplier development, maintenance, tracking, and evaluation system, reasonably control procurement and transportation costs while ensuring quality, certify supplier qualifications, and manage, coordinate, and maintain relationships;
Participate in the analysis and decision-making of enterprise management and operations, cooperate with different stages of financial statistics, auditing, and analysis;
Explore and innovate more in terms of methodologies, tools, and management of the supply chain system;
Manage supply chain internal personnel and administrative affairs, coordinate work and relationships between relevant departments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, aged 30-45 years old, with majors in supply chain management, operations management, or related fields preferred.
At least 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager and 2 years as a Senior Supply Chain Manager in an industry-trade integration enterprise, with mandatory English reading and writing proficiency at level 4 or above.
Extensive experience in managing large and small-scale supply chains, with work experience in the cross-border e-commerce industry or the trading industry being preferred.
Familiar with supply chain management theories and practices, possessing excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
Possess leadership and team management experience, capable of effectively guiding and motivating team members.
Manage the International Sales Department, formulate departmental work plans, and comprehensively oversee the daily management of the International Sales Department;
Establish a standardized marketing system, regulations, and work processes to lead the team to work efficiently;
Set annual sales targets for the International Sales Department and effectively decompose them, leading the team to achieve sales targets;
Collect and analyze important industry information and data, and formulate market development plans and key customer development plans;
Conduct monthly and quarterly sales achievement analysis and formulate effective improvement measures;
Manage, train, provide skill guidance, build talent pipelines, assess, and implement rewards and punishments for team members;
Maintain good communication and coordination with the Production Planning Department, Design Department, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of bulk goods and samples;
Liaise, contact, and maintain relationships with key customers;
Assist subordinate employees in handling issues encountered in daily orders.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, CET-6 or above in English, fluent in spoken English, majoring in International Trade or related fields.
Prior experience in supermarket chain negotiations is preferred.
Over ten years of experience in customer development and management, including at least eight years of managing a 30-person foreign trade business team. Candidates with experience in the food packaging, gift, or other FMCG industries are preferred.
Familiar with export business processes, export laws and regulations, and possess professional knowledge and relevant skills in trade management;
Proficient in team management, skilled in team motivation, business talent cultivation and reserve, and strong execution ability.
Excellent leadership, with outstanding organizational and management skills, coordination, communication abilities, and negotiation skills.
